After we’ve outlined your project scope, I’ll send over a simple contract with clear deliverables, timelines, and payment details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the design schedule.
Discovery & visual direction
Here’s where the magic begins.
We’ll dig into your brand, audience, goals, and preferences. I’ll ask the right questions to uncover what makes your business unique and gather the details I need to shape your visual direction.
From there, I’ll research your competitors, explore logo ideas, select brand colors and fonts, and map out the functionality your project needs. It’s all about building a strong foundation for a brand and website that truly reflect you.
Brand strategy
With your story and style in mind, we start designing.
I’ll develop initial concepts for your logo and other brand elements. We’ll refine the visuals together until everything feels aligned with your vision. Once we lock in your brand look and feel, I’ll begin designing your website.
Content development
Great design needs great messaging.
While the visual work is underway, I’ll create clear, compelling content for your site—headings, taglines, calls to action, and more. Whether you’re starting fresh or need a content refresh, I’ll make sure your message is polished and web-ready. SEO-friendly keywords included!
Website design
Now it all comes together.
We’ll start with a sitemap to outline the structure, then move into full-page design. Every element will reflect your brand identity and the vision we uncovered during discovery.
You’ll see your brand come to life on screen—visually compelling, easy to navigate, and built to connect with your audience.
Review & revisions
Once the first draft is ready, it’s your turn to review.
We’ll go through 1–2 rounds of revisions to make sure everything looks and feels just right. Your feedback is key to fine-tuning the final product.
Website launch
With your final approval, we’ll launch!
You’ll complete your final payment (50%), and your site will go live. You’ll also receive your full brand package, plus setup for Google Analytics and the foundation for a strong SEO strategy—so your brand can start making moves from day one.
